Tier 1 Entrepreneur

One of the most exciting immigration categories available to non-EEA graduates is the Graduate Entrepreneur route. If you are a graduate, who have a genuine and credible business idea, you can apply under this route. The Department of Immigration of any respective Country or an authorised Higher Education Institution, must endorse the applicant. The Immigration Departments of these Countries have sets an annual limit of Graduate Entrepreneur visas every year.

Investor Visas

The Investor category is available for high net worth, non-EU individuals, making a substantial financial investment in these Countries. Advantages of this category include the fact that Investors enjoys a good degree of flexibility in terms of settlement. They are allowed to be outside of the Country for up to 180 days in any 12 month period, without it affecting their right to settlement. Another advantage is that major investors are allowed to settle more quickly than otherwise would be possible.

Intra Company Transfer

Intra-Company Transfer visa is available to non-EEA citizens whose overseas employers have offered them a role in the UK branch of the organisation. How to qualify for the Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfer visa? An applicant wanting to come to work in either UK, USA, Canada, Australia under this program will need to obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship from the licensed employer. The licensed sponsor will check whether you are able to do the job and whether you qualify for the visa. There are different criteria for the different types of Intra-Company visas.
